In brief
- The site has no forms: we don't ask for or store your name, phone or e-mail.
- You contact the developer yourself, on their website: the “Project website” link is on the project card. The site is not a real estate agent and takes no part in the sale.
- Favourites and page settings are stored only in your browser.

Third-party services
Pages load parts from third-party servers. These services receive your IP address and browser details under their own policies.
- Google Maps (Google, USA): the map on the “Projects” page.
- Esri / ArcGIS (Esri, USA): the base map on the home page and on “Projects” when Google Maps is unavailable.
- cdnjs (Cloudflare, USA): the Leaflet map library and the three.js 3D viewer library.
- unpkg (USA): the deck.gl library that draws points on the map.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, USA): a cookie-free visit counter. It counts page views, country, device type and the referring site; it does not recognise you on your next visit.
- Our own action counter (the site's server on Cloudflare): which projects are opened, which filters are set, which developer sites are visited via links. No cookies and no IP address; it stores country and device type and does not recognise you on your next visit or on another page.
Developers' websites linked via “Project website” follow their own privacy policies.
What is stored in your browser
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Browser storage (localStorage) keeps only page settings: favourites, catalogue filters and sorting, VAT price mode, site language, the last opened project and the purchase calculation. You can delete them by clearing site data in your browser settings.
